Bridgette Madden Design is a full-service residential design firm that creates personalized home designs that elevate the client's lifestyle and reflect their personality.

BMD simplifies the construction/design process and shifts the client's focus on having fun while we work hard behind the scenes.  We understand the importance of making the best decisions early in the design and how overwhelming it can be to select finishes with the myriad of options out there.  Leave the hard work to us! Life is too short.  Whether you need advice with small projects such as paint and decor for a quick refresh, kitchen and bath upgrades, or even full home remodels, BMD will guide you through the process from conceptualization to realization.

BMD takes a hands-on approach by working directly with architects, contractors, and product vendors to oversee every detail in the design process to ensure the vision is executed. With an emphasis on client collaboration, we work tirelessly to curate a space that is a true reflection of you.

Planning and Concept development

Regardless of the project scope and size we begin by getting to know the client . 

We collaborate with the client to determine lifestyle, personal preferences, and design aesthetic.

Once the design concept is solidified, we develop a space plan to maximize layout, function, and beauty.  Depending on the size of the project, we work alongside the client's contractor to ensure the design will be executed accordingly.

Design Development and Finish Selection

Once the new design concept or space plan is established we begin to fill in all the details including architectural and material finishes. 

This phase is where the design begins to take shape and reflect the client's personality. This is perhaps the most involved and fun part of any project in my opinion.  Everything from paint and lighting, countertops and fireplace surrounds, to wood floors and hardware is finalized at this stage.

Project Management and Design execution

Begin to see your dream home come to life!

During construction, we work closely with the contractor and relevant trades to ensure the intended design is communicated at all levels.  Our presence during all stages of construction ensures work progresses conforms to the established design.

Depending on the project scope, once construction comes to an end, decor and other small details are finalized.
